YakRig Labs products are print-to-order and purpose-built. Each order is carefully produced, packed, and prepared for shipment with the precision and attention to detail serious kayak anglers expect.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and another when it ships with a tracking number.

Every part is inspected, carefully packaged, and shipped with the same attention to detail we deliver in our products.
2. PRINT-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Many of our parts are built print-to-order to ensure the highest quality and best fit. Many of our parts take 2 to 3 days to print. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page when applicable.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and another when it ships with a tracking number.
5. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, delivery location, and speed.  Insurance is also included automatically.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double–check your shipping address before placing your order. Yak Rig Labs is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. All packages are insured, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship only to the USA. International shipping is being considered for rates and delivery time. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
