Return & Exchange Policy
Defective Items
Coverage: This policy applies to manufacturing or material defects verified by our engineering team. Reports must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
Required Process:
• Submit an email to support@YakRigLabs.com including your order number, clear photographs of the defect, and a detailed description.
• Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
• Following receipt and inspection, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional charge.
Exchanges
(Non-Defective)
Coverage: We accept exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or components, provided the items remain unused and in original packaging. Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Instructions:
• Initiate your request by emailing support@YakRigLabs.com with your order number and specific replacement details.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back.
• Once inspected, your replacement order will be fulfilled and shipped.
Note: Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Returns
(Non-Defective)
Coverage: Returns for change-of-mind or unneeded items are accepted if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Procedure:
• Email support@YakRigLabs.com with your order number to formally authorize a return.
• Ship the product to our facility with the order number included.
• Upon inspection, a refund will be issued.
Details: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping.
Shipping & Handling Summary
Defective Replacements: We provide prepaid return shipping labels and cover all replacement shipping costs for verified faults.
Non-Defective Returns & Exchanges: Shipping logistics and costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured carrier for all return parcels.
Limitations
- Claims for defects, exchanges, or returns may only be initiated by the original purchaser.
- Products exhibiting misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage are ineligible for coverage.
- YakRigLabs reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet specified conditions.
- Special edition, limited-run, or clearance items are final sale and non-eligible for return unless defective.
